Earlier, in 2011-2015 – Director for Power Engineering in Polyus Gold, responsible for power supply of upstream assets and power asset management in the company. In 2008-2010 – Advisor of Chairman of the Board in RusHydro, JSC. Earlier – Director General in Far Eastern Energy Management Company, JSC (sole executive body of Kamchatskenergo JSC and JSC Geoterm JSC) and Executive Director of RAO UES of Russia – engaged in projects focused on power engineering restructuring and long-term programs for the Far East electric power systems development.
Oleg was awarded the Gratitude of Chairman of the Board of RAO UES of Russia, and in June 2008 was granted a title of Honoured Employee of the Unified Energy System of Russia.
