In 2002 graduated with honors from the Volgo-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
Completed an Executive MBA program at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management.
From 2002 to 2017 chaired organizations in the oil and gas and banking sectors. Has experience in operational, strategic enterprise management.
In August 2018 took the position of Director for Applied Projects at PJSC «Rostelecom».
Since December 2019 – Vice President for Applied Projects of PJSC «Rostelecom».
