Currently, Evgeny Olkhovich is a CEO of LLC ENERGOSBYTHOLDING, the largest aggregator of electricity in Russia. Prior to that, worked as a Deputy General Director for Strategic Development at PJSC Rosseti. From 2013 to 2017 held position of a Deputy Director of the Department of State Regulation of Tariffs, Infrastructure Reforms and Energy Efficiency of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Evgeny started his career in investment banks (Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch). He graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics. Holds PhD in Economics.
